The Department of Radio and Television at the College of Media, in collaboration with the Continuing Education Unit, organized a scientific seminar titled: "Media Ethics." The seminar was presented by Mr. Hamza Rahim Shehab and Dr. Taha Ibrahim Rasheed, with the attendance of the scientific and administrative assistants as well as faculty members.
The seminar addressed the ethical principles governing media practices and the role of media professionals in adhering to professional standards such as accuracy, objectivity, and impartiality. It also explored the ethical challenges journalists face in the era of technological advancements and the widespread use of social media.
