Student Registration

Registration Requirements for New Students

The following documents are required to be submitted by the student to the Registration Department:

1. An official letter or a certified transcript of grades from the school, stamped and authenticated (three colored copies).
2. Medical examination report.
3. The student's Civil Status ID or Unified National Card (three colored copies).
4. Ration card (three colored copies).
5. Residence card (three colored copies).
6. Iraqi Nationality Certificate or the Unified National Card for the student (three colored copies).
7. Student's school ID card.
8. Iraqi Nationality Certificate or Unified National Card for both parents (three colored copies).
9. Six passport-sized photos with a white background.
10. All the original documents listed above and the personal presence of the student in the Registration Department.
11. A receipt of direct payment from the Financial Department of the College.
12. A financial guarantor agreement from the Legal Department of the College.
13. All the above documents scanned and saved on a CD or DVD.

Required Documents for the Guarantor:

1. Civil Status ID or Unified National Card of the guarantor (colored copy).
2. Iraqi Nationality Certificate or Unified National Card of the guarantor (colored copy).
3. Ration card of the guarantor (colored copy).
4. Residence card of the guarantor (colored copy).
5. All the original documents listed above and the personal presence of the guarantor in the Legal Department.
6. An employment continuation letter from the guarantor’s workplace proving they are currently employed.

Make sure all documents are complete and submitted as required to ensure the registration process proceeds smoothly.
